Richard Wittig is a senior Project Advisor and Study Manager with over 25 years of international experience in mining and infrastructure. He has led more than 30 front-end development studies, guiding projects from early-stage concept through to investment approval. His work includes strategic framing, study governance, capital cost development, and approvals planning, delivering credible outputs that support board decisions and investor engagement.

Richard has secured business case approvals, supported equity contributions, and worked directly with global lenders to achieve due diligence compliance, credit committee endorsement, and construction-phase oversight.

 He has also led full Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) studies, including baseline assessments and regulatory submissions. He brings deep expertise across coal, bauxite, copper, gold, nickel, and rare earths, with project experience in Australia, Indonesia, East & West Africa as well as the Middle East.
